Virtual Wellness Room

We know that taking care of our mental health is important but sometimes it is difficult to make the time or even know where to look for resources. That is why the virtual wellness room was created. This page is intended to serve as a curated collection of ideas for self-care and mental health breaks for Gateway staff, clients, and community members as a whole. Everyone's self-care looks different but hopefully there is at least one category here that speaks to you.
