Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field. Therapist/Counselor - Licensed and Under SupervisionJob Summary We are looking for a talented and experienced therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with populations navigating substance use and co-occurring disorders in a trauma-informed manner and will be able to provide psychotherapy for individuals, groups, and families while working with an interdisciplinary team. The therapist will also communicate with referral sources, complete various reports, and provide crisis intervention sessions. Responsibilities Provide clinical assessments, treatment plans, and individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions. Work with an interdisciplinary team to oversee a caseload of patients attending outpatient rehabilitation treatment. Work with an interdisciplinary clinical team to complete various reports for referral sources. Provide crisis intervention sessions, whether in person or over the phone. Administer and observe required drug testing to patients as needed. Work with an interdisciplinary team to provide and maintain needed phone call follow-ups to patients who have missed any scheduled appointments. Attend scheduled agency supervision meetings with the direct supervisor. Professionally represent the agency and its core values in the office and the community, including on social media.
